Jinan University is the first highest institution of overseas Chinese founded by the state in China. It is a university under the central and ministerial departments, directly under the leadership of "overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council", and is known as "the first overseas Chinese University in China".
        The university is a national key university of "211 Project" and "985 Project advantageous discipline innovation platform", a national "double first-class" world-class discipline construction university, and a key joint University signed by the Ministry of education, the office of overseas Chinese Affairs and Guangdong Province.

According to the acceptance report, the flatness of the runway has reached 100%, and it uses environment-friendly materials and is certified as class II site, which means that "Jinan blue" can host national and international single events.
