Qingdao Guoxin Sports Center, with an area of 180000 square meters and a capacity of 60000 visitors, is located at the Northeast foot of Fushan mountain. It is a large-scale comprehensive sports venue newly built in Qingdao. It was completed in 1998.

     Guoxin stadium used to be the main stadium of Qingdao Yizhong manatee football team, one of the Chinese Football League A teams. The 2002 CFA Cup final was held here. And witnessed Qingdao Yizhong manatee team won the FA Cup. There have also been many art performances, star concerts and opening performances of Qingdao International Beer Festival and Qingdao Ocean Festival. Now it is the main stadium of China Football Association Super League and Qingdao Yellow Sea football club.
